Dabei werden die Auswirkungen eines FS im Allgemeinen, die Auswirkungen von bestimmten FS-Komponenten, der Einfluss der FS-Qualität und des glykämischen Index (GI) der FS-Mahlzeit berücksichtigt.

Abschließend werden die Ergebnisse zu den FS-Gewohnheiten und zur Bedeutung des FS für Schulkinder kritisch diskutiert und hinsichtlich ihrer Aussagekraft bewertet.
