Das Anliegen dieser Studie besteht darin, durch Simulationen am Rechner zum Verständnis der physikalisch-technischen Zusammenhänge einiger Grundschaltungen aus der Leistungselektronik beizutragen. Gleichzeitig wird der Umgang mit modernen Simulationstools geübt. Die physikalischen Zusammenhänge der Schaltvorgänge in der Leistungselektronik bereiten oft Verständnisschwierigkeiten, da es sich um Abläufe handelt, die relativ undurchschaubar sind. Durch den Einsatz von Simulationsprogrammen können theoretische Kenntnisse am Rechner überprüft und so die Einflüsse unterschiedlicher Parameter auf das Verhalten der Schaltungen untersucht werden. Alle wichtigen Leistungselektronik-Schaltungen und Steuerungsverfahren werden nicht nur durch Simulationen, sondern auch mit mathematischen Verfahren analysiert. Diese sind: Schaltvorgänge, Kommutierung, Gleichstromrichter (B6), Direktumrichter, 2-stufige Umrichter, 3-stufige Umrichter, Matrixumrichter, Raumzeiger-Darstellung, Raumzeigermodulation. Die wichtigen Eigenschaften werden in der Studie erläutert. Diese sind: EMV des Umrichters, Netzrückwirkung. Die Grundlagen der Simulation bzw. Petri-Netzmodelle, Formalismen und Numerische Verfahren werden in der Arbeit dargestellt.
Diese Studie kann als Grundlage für die Forschung im Leistungsbereich, für das Selbststudium und die Prüfungsvorbereitung in Leistungselektronik und für die Programmierung von Steuerungsverfahren in Schaltungstechnik genutzt werden.
